Refund policy
We want you to love every purchase from Glamwell. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps. Our fulfillment team will arrange pickup from your doorstep — you do not need to visit any courier office.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Wrong Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dilipdmarketing@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with photos of the issue. We will resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale items and clearance products
Exchanges: If you need a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. The fastest way to exchange is to raise a return request for the original item and place a new order for the correct item once the return is approved.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp within 2 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed as follows:

For COD refunds, please share your UPI ID or bank account details when raising the return request.
